If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof like order details of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the customer services team will contact  you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank.
